- Bamboo boards (I prefer because they usually are smoother than non-olive wood ones and cheaper)

- Stainless steel (definitely my choice, durable and pretty)
- Wooden or bamboo (if your kitchen is airy and dry nothing comes closer to eco-friendliness than this)
PLASTIC BOWLS AND STRAINERS
- Glass, heat resistant ones are my choice. Ideally suitable for oven, freezing, microwaving and dishwashing, no plastic can beat that!
- Stainless steel strainers: so much easier to clean.

- Just one suggestion here: Steel funnel with removable filter. My little gem :)
